What are maintenance contracts?

Maintenance contracts provide the tenant with a point of contact in property maintenance emergencies. If the heating breaks down on a cold winters night you don't have to run around trying to arrange an engineer to visit to get it fixed, the tenant just calls the helpline and an engineer can be with them within hours.

A large amount of our Lettings Helpdesk clients have contracts with the companies listed below and we find it to be a very cost and time effective method of managing the unexpected events. Many of these contracts additionally cover the legislative requirements for annual safety inspections and certifications.
