Accelerated Possession Tenant Evictions is our core service. We offer a lower cost alternative to landlord and tenant law solicitors and other legal 'evictions services' you find on the internet. Our pricing is very transparent. We provide an administrative service not legal advice, but don't let legal jargon fool you and lead you to pay high costs for a process which is based on administrative skill. We find the claims we prepare are dealt with very quickly due to the way we package all the documents as it leaves very little for the Court to action themselves. You pay £75+Vat (£90 in total) and we will complete the relevant stage for the 'Section 21 Accelerated Possession Process' without you needing to do any of the work yourself. If your property is managed by an agent we will happily deal with them directly. For stage 1 we must have the initial instruction from the landlord or if you are the agent we will want to see a copy of your agency contract with the landlord to show the authority to act. For stage 2 and 3 of the eviction process anyone can instruct the work however, on all occasions the paperwork will be sent direct to the landlord as an agent cannot make a claim to the County Court on the landlords behalf therefore all paperwork must be signed by the landlord. As a landlord you have the right to take back possession of your property irrespective of the reason. It could be due to rent arrears, criminal activity, other issues in relation to a broken tenancy agreement - it does not matter what the reason is. As long as you have followed the rules you are required to follow and have all the paperwork in regards to the tenancy then the County Court under the Section 21 Accelerated Possession process has to provide you with a possession order. This is not like the section 8 fault based possession process where the possession is not guaranteed.
